Jonathan Forrest


Jonathan Forrest is the founder of Fast Track Learning, a London-based strategic alliance partner. Jonathan left Goldman Sachs in 2004 to work full-time as a leadership and personal development coach enabling him ot enhance and develop his own skill set in coaching, facilitating and delivering keynote addresses. He has worked with many global companies on business strategy, business development skills and leadership programs. These initiatives range from 1:1 executive coaching and self-leadership programs to large-scale, senior-leven leadership and team building events.

He has worked with many of the world's leading organizations including Barclays Capital, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Endress & Hauser, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, RBS, Roche, Tesco and Siemens. A truly global consultant and coach, Jonathan has worked with clients across Europe, Russia, the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, North and South Africa, Korea, India and Japan.

In 2010, Jonathan spoke on Diversity in Coaching at the global conferences for the leading bodies of Executive Coaching - the Association for Coaching and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Jonathan has a diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), which is accredited by the AC, ICF and EMCC and gains huge satisfaction from working with people - either in groups as described above, or on a more personal, 1:1 basis. He is a member of the Association for Coaching, an Associate of the CIPD and is an accredited assessor and coach in a variety of leadership instruments including: "The Extraordinary Leader", "Emotional Competence Inventory", "Tetramap", and "Clarity 4D".
