As a former Director of Organizational Development for AlixPartners, an award-winning, industry-leading global consulting firm, Megan has the practical skills, insights, and exposure to world-class leaders and industry leading businesses, to help leaders be the most impactful version of themselves. She is dedicated to translating critical business objectives into tailored programs that introduce, guide, and sustain learnings through the challenges of change and potentiality of the future.

Megan earned her bachelor's in psychology from Colorado College, Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University, multiple certificates and experience in Leadership Development and Facilitation from the Center for Creative Leadership and is certified in “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace” from University South Florida. She is certified in most industry assessments and is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
